Subject: Strategic Plan: Member and Nonmember Surveys

I am grateful to the several of you who took time to complete one or both of the surveys using the links in my first email below. However, as I noted at the time, your responses will be discarded when the final version of the survey is sent to all members, including your goodselves.
 
What I am after now are your comments about the survey - both surveys - the links to which are below.
 
To assess the surveys requires that you move through them completing the required questions (marked with a red dot). Whether you submit or cancel the survey doesn't matter. What does matter is learning what you think of them. We want to ensure clarity, usefulness, and completeness in preparation for Strategic Planning. You can record your thoughts about each survey as you move through it as notes in a "Reply to" from this email. 
 
As I said, there isn't a rush.  But in an undertaking of this importance, ensuring we are all on the same page is proper. 
 
Can I have your comments and thoughts before the September 18th Board Meeting in order to make the subject part of the Agenda?

Following a meeting with Tim Heely earlier today, you along with all other Directors are asked review and comment on two surveys: one to Members and second to Former- and Non-Members. The links to each of the two surveys are below. A third survey to each of you in your role as Directors will be forthcoming later.
 
Logging into the website is not necessary. But, unfortunately, there is no means to export the survey as a Excel spreadsheet or PDF. You have to do review it online. Note that this means that it will be sent only to those for whom we have email addresses. There is no export function to allow us to send it via the post office.
 
All questions and selections that are marked with a small red dot require a response. A notice will appear should you try to go to the next page without responding to them. 
 
Please keep in mind that this is not the actual survey; as a draft, it is an opportunity for you to review and comment before it is finalized. Your answers will be discarded (or you can hit cancel to erase your entries). You, as all Primary and Secondary members, will receive the Member Survey when it officially goes out . 
 
Kindly review both surveys thoroughly and send your comments by replying to this email. There's no rush but I would be grateful if you could reply before the September 18th Board Meeting.
